Just reflect on the meaning of "announce" and of "submit": "come out" implies an announcement; Vince said the PFS would be submitted; submission is not announcing; this means we cannot jump to the conclusion that the PFS "Should come out this coming week ...".

Harping on a possible of lack of an announcement this month, using the deprecatory phrase "are to be believed", which in its context misinterprets Vince's statement to mean an announcement as distinct from a submission. IMO this is trying to create a negative atmosphere conducive to selling; the title of this thread adds to it.

IMO this thread should not have been opened, and should now be closed.
