He said it's on track to be completed and submitted mid-December. Now, I am expecting that means it'll be released to market and not submitted to the board. Eitherway, you'd expect the turn around the be quick. So yes, I was expecting it this week but the latest would be early next - I'd assume. Any later would be "delayed". Cutting it fine. Can't deny that one.
