We all know its easy to get end product concentrate, anyone can do it, given enough
processing you put into it (and money and time).
But the point is getting to 98% and the higher percent is a FORMALITY that the market
investors expect a V company to achieve and to announce. To date AVL have not done it!
Its just one of those things you just do. They've had a long, long, long time to get this done,
