no the current price is 0.001, the placement of shares is at 0.007, seven times current price. Then a 50 to 1 consolidation, doesnt make any sense, why would you bother when they are available at a huge discount on market.

I would be in the money if the price was 0.02, big in the money, if only...Oh if only we could get a run up to that.
