This P.F.S. is a problem for you as you have mentioned it several times. Your fellow posters on H.C. can’t help you and that only leaves the answer with the management of the company.
Have you thought of contacting the head office in Perth? The contact details are on the website, both email and phone and I am sure that if you asked for Rob’s phone number you would get it and that he would be happy to chat to you.
