Why Peter ?
The company has adequate financial resources & has over 25 people working for it. Its not a matter of a shortage of personnel nor money. The production of this doc has been ongoing for over 18 months. The market is unforgiving when it comes to failing to deliver on timelines. The share price gets impacted by such failure.
I'm the 1st person to give someone a 2nd chance. But when the M.D keeps on repeating the same assurances that the PFS will be delivered in the current quarter & does so quarter after quarter after quarter & yet nothing is produced. Then in my opinion that person deserves to be criticised for failing to deliver.
