    the life of the virus itself it is temperature dependent.
    As to actually in the body ---------- ? don't know - but, this is my guess.

    if you lovingly stick the bodies in the fridge - it will last a long time. Left out in a hot climate, much less.

    I saw some figures weeks ago on one of the strains - at something like - 20, it is infectious forever. A few days at room temp..

    Probably dependent on humidity as well I would guess, most things don't like dry.
