We should not be putting up barriers which prevent good Samaritans helping out the various charities.
There is no "tipping point" in the western world where there is a generally high education and hygiene. If we take the swine flu outbreak as an example there were alcohol hand cleaners spread everywhere, and a far more contagious illness was beaten.
I say "more contagious" because the ebola carrier must be showing symptoms to be infectious and you must come in contact with bodily fluids, not airborne droplets, to catch it. The problem in Africa is lack of knowledge. I hear the grieving family cleanse the body of the deceased.
Let's think of the poorest, not our safe, wealthy selves.
