Where is the DSO approval? Another month has passed and Gowin said it was due next week two months ago. I'd say its most likely that GMC will never get it. Once those 50 year old second hand furnaces arrive in Kupang the Indonesian Gov't will just say "why should we let you sell our Mn ore cheaply overseas for your profits when you can turn the manganese ore into ferro manganese, thereby creating jobs for Indonesians and propping up our expensive power grid"
