l think one needs to be a bit philosphical here - the RRT will improve NTA, its just that the market will not recognise that fact at present.
l think in the long term value will be restored, but its hard to pay out more cash when the valuation is so poor.
Am not sure that l would take up a SPP at 7 cents at this stage, but will hold for a year or so.
