    Hi again Windshift,

I reluctantly have to agree about having the devil you know rather than one you don't running the show.

However, if that were to happen, then I would have to say that the Board would need to be cleansed as they are all implicated in the strategy of betting the farm on the PTSD trial and the cash management strategy of not replenishing the bank balance before the results and the earlier narrowing of focus away from oncology exclusively onto CNS and brain deterioration treatments.

The CEO has built a big company executive structure with all the accompanying expenses and perks BEFORE they have a product or sustainable cashflow. Talk about blind overconfidence or is it sheer naivete around the Board table - or something else?

I am sure you would have heard the spiel from the CEO at some stage.

Some heads have to roll one way or another - they can't deliver a complete fail on a clinical trial, a share price catastrophe and stay at the trough.

This is not the banking industry......where that outcome is an art form.

How can any of them can justify their salaries let alone have any serious expectation of retaining their positions?

I'd say its getting very close to judgement day for this merry band of entrepreneurs.
