I'm a builder and during all construction contract negotiations there is always a completion date agreed to with a PENALTY clause for among other things late completion. This penalty clause related to X number of $ per day, as compensation.
Hope us share holders are going to receive X number of extra shares to compensate us for the delay in re-listing, especially when we are totally bereft of any news whatsoever. HA HA
It is time that PRA got back to work (I presume directors are still being paid, Quartiles would let us see if they bother to release one that is) and started the information releases to share holders.
