Properties trusts have been hit hard at this moment especially those with high gearing rations such as mix, aez, mdt. It might stay low for a while until their gearing has improved. Overall vpg is better punt than aez. Gjt is safer than aez as well.
Utilities are more defensive buys than REITS at this moment such as aej.
