    Bankruptcy is highly unlikely. They have sufficient income to service their debts. The threat of foreclosure on loans looms if they cannot continue to enjoy the support of various lenders at which stage a property could be repoed and sold.

    The risk here being the sale price however as regular valuations have been enacted if a lender where to foreclose and dispose of a property at substantial discount to valuation I imagine to court we go.

    Even in foreclosure as long as the sell off is orderly shareholders would enjoy a reasonable return. The strength and accuracy of the valuations is the key.

    Phew that is a long and serious post for me. I think a lie down is in order.
