where is notice of meeting

Has anyone received a notice of meeting at which TLU will be seeking the approval of the PNC deal? I cannot fathom what goes on with this mob, it seems to take forever to get things done. Perhaps they have decided to can this deal also, not the first time they have taken months looking for a deal, agreed on and then withdrawn (if I recall correctly). I may be going senile and just confused. I only have a very small holding now, but would like to somehow recover past losses.
