Fair enough, I am a little less inclined to blame the directors given they have nothing to do with the implementation of the issue. However, I am sure their advisors will be copping an earful from the management team to sort out the problem quickly
By the way, your $1 sp in 2-3 years time is a no brainer IMO.....could be much earlier IMO.
