My suggestion is hold.
Reason being once the new rich deposit in Mt. Magnet is fully proven up will increase the RMS SP.
2nd, I have a feeling that RMS will relocate the EM Plant to Tampia and start fresh as to continue with the 1gm head grade at EM would be a poor business descision.
Tampia would be a breath of fresh air into the lungs.
3rd, If they make the descision to haul than the shire will be requesting cash up front for the road budget for the life of the operation which will be expensive.
