I do not hold EXU, and I do not hide that fact... I hold RMS and as such the actions of the EXU BOD are now my business (whether I like it or not....).

I am appalled that the BOD has not acknowledged the most recent RMS offer. Completely neglectful of their duty to represent their shareholders.
I understand that the situation is complex and fluid in its nature, but to not even comment or flag an upcoming BOD recommendation is tantamount to dereliction of duty.

We ALL have a right to be kept informed, both RMS and EXU shareholders alike.

I dare say an announcement will come today or tomorrow..... Not a good look leaving it this long.

All IMO ofcourse! (Needed a vent!)
