Call me cynical but could it be the Directors are silent because they must now admit the RMS offer is both FAIR and REASONABLE and they are scared the Alkane vote will go against them . They are compromised, hence the delay.

The EXU Directors may be waiting for RMS to achieve that important 30% holding with ALK wishing to and able to pull out before the EGM?
The numbers are now well and truly in favour of RMS. Given that there will likely be a number of “no votes” for the ALK transaction, if RMS can hit a 30% + (potentially tomorrow) the ALK vote should be defeated.
