have been posting !
KCN l doubt will make a higher offer - they only want control.
Auralandia and UBS have taken minority stakes and l believe will NOT accept the KCN offer. however minority holders will have to face the prospect of a capital raising to finance a mine etc and that means forking out more $ and holding for a longer term.
at a future date KCN will probably make a higher offer but when and how much is the question.
l have not decided yet whether to accept the kcn offer. the resources are mostly silver and a lot hinges on silver extraction costs but there is no "blue sky" here, just a good little earner as a side show to kcn.
