Your questions about values of Nusep and Prime are apt, but they are the same ones I asked long ago: why buy into Prime, when you get more bang for your buck buying into Nusep?

Having the Singapore investors buying into Nusep suggests to me that they have twigged to this.

As much as I am friendly towards you I won't be buying your shares! Hopefully when the spin out is announced the share price will rise and you can exit easily.
