Like I said a while ago: why would they want to invest only in the Prime operation, when investing in Nusep gives them exposure to both Prime and the revenues from supplying the membranes.
I'm glad there was another reason for the fall in the price. The spin out may be on track after all. I sincerely hope so, anyway!
