The service industry they work is labour and equipment intensive..providing audio, visual & theming services for events is the guts of what they do. The fees attainable are lucrative and if well managed then a good model for making money. The new CEO is hands on and has made good inroads into getting the business back on track. I know first hand as I work in the entertainment industy and have been observing and spoken to employees.
