I'm having trouble seeing it, based on the number of weeks of school holidays in the first and second halves of the year, e.g. https://www.education.gov.au/school-term-dates-2016. Taking NSW as an example, there is only about one extra week in H1.
But I don't know when people pay for childcare.
I'll look at some of TNK's older announcements.
