After a lot of research I googled the offer document and found that it was $1.10 but you got a free option @1.10 so today you have $1.14 plus the options trading @6c so total $1.20 but the dilution of the option is around 2c so net is $1.18.

Really a funny issue price.

The bigger issue is something I cannot find - do the underlying investments in the funds pay costs - I think they do so the only fee that is waived is the top one at fund of funds level. That's not good enough for me if you are going to take 1% of NAV and donate it each year as well. Philanthropic I may be , but at times I like to control who that goes to. I think you get a receipt that allows you to deduct from you tax.
