The Board has declared a fully franked interim dividend of 5 cents per share. Furthermore, they have indicated their intention, subject to market movements and other relevant factors, to pay a further fully franked final dividend of 5 cents in October 2015, with a projected dividend for the full year of 10 cents fully franked. The board wish to reiterate to shareholders, their commitment to paying a steady stream of franked dividends where it is prudent to do so, an objective which has been achieved over many years as demonstrated in the chart below.
The interim dividend will be paid on April 14th 2015 and the shares will trade ex on the March 26th 2015. A dividend reinvestment plan will operate with a 3% discount. Please contact Boardroom on 1300 737 760 for more information.
