I would rather see the board employ a business coach for the year to keep the CEO and Indonesian team accountable in terms of setting and achieving goals.
To be frank, there is been very little achieved for the spend. An in investment of $40 to $50K per annual on a coach would be a small price to pay to get some accountability into this management team. My only hope is Eddy that will be able to pull a rabbit out of someones hat.
