Perhaps they're sleeping as it might be in the middle of the night where they live.
Kudos to PimpMyStock who speculated about a possible link between WEC and the Woestalleen coal processing plant already back in November! (http://hotcopper.com.au/post_single.asp?fid=1&tid=2112596&msgid=12629336#.U12t2Pl_vW4)
Good to finally see the ball start rolling in South Africa, though we don't know anything about the economics of this coal benefication plant and, most notably, the deal in its current phase does not yet include a BCB plant which could finally proof viability of the BCB process on an industrial scale, especially for coal fines.
Also it will be interesting to see how much coal fines will arise at Woestalleen once all of the surrounding mines come back into production after they underwent maintenance and upgrades during the past quarters which resulted in modest output of 90kt in 3Q2013 and 70kt in 2Q2013 (probably from deposited coal fines) which - if not increased - would be just enough to feed the proposed 0.25 Mtpa module without any scope for expansion.
