I think peanuts is too meagre but a industry sensible salary...

I think peanuts is too meagre but a industry sensible salary package and diverse BOD and  most likely you would have a company doing somethig benificial for it’s shareholders and well reflected in its share price. 
We would be operating (as opposed to trying too  in a politically stable country without the constant bs from corrupt public officials and a complicated land title systems. 
A country where the government and its people recognise good development and job opp’s. 
The list is much longer but I’m sure u get the message.
