Geo-au why does anyone invest good money  and then continues to invest even more when one has lost on their original same investment.
Human nature to recover funds, save face,  greed, lure of big wealth from gold and other mineral deposits, the reasons can be many.
Throw in a mineral deposit like the complete package of SI nickel deposits and their well known and established credibility, a great spruker as RM surely must be and the human punters hunger to win and it’s easy to understand. 
Look at all the earlier professional fund managers who committed their investors funds in AVQ only to walk away after having lost their funds in ACQ. 
Look at the findings of the banking enquiry and the deliberate and outrageous  behaviour of the top management of so many of those banks.
Let’s not forget the Storm Financial collapse and all the smart people who invested and lost 100’s M $$$ there alone. 
Look into all these scenarios and there were inducements, undisclosed commissions, shares with attractive options entitlements attached, the list of enticements is endless and appealing to most humans. It’s in our DNA.
Where does J Markoffs motivation to invest in AVQ come from  is an interesting question in human nature. 
How he (JM) does not see the reality in the list of broken goals, unfulfilled deadlines, court cases instigated and lost and the massive erosion and waste of AVQ shareholders funds over the last 9 years is something only he or perhaps RM could answer!
