AICp, anyone can cc someone on an email but the email in question seems to be fake, you should go back and re-read that email and take a close look at the grammar used, any solicitor that types a reply like that is a worry, also any solicitor that replies to someone apart from the client they are representing is not trustworthy.   Also you seem to get all your info from DJM funny how he has the same initials at Donald Marahare, did DJM supply you with this email.   Can you also supply any factual evidence that Axiom have ever used DNS Partners, and that the original letters to the landowners wasn't fabricated to make Axiom look bad.
