The big end players also have to justify their play to investors or trusts. Two weeks is not enough time to formulate over the big picture .
Unless it is a speculative buy then its a toss of a coin .
The banks do due dilligence on all loans and obviously there is a good track record to enable a roll over.
Orbis and the banks are very sure footed in their moves , property with a strong cash flow are fundimentals that both are relying on and rightly so.
All commercial properties are down at the moment but residential is up , so as the valuations adjust its obvious commercial properties with stong cashflows will shine.
Wdc is a good example, not sure of their tradeing price today but they are a long way from 30.5 cents These are my thoughts only D.Y.O.R.
