too much debt.. my opinion capital raising definately on charts. COULD NOT BE MORE CLEAR with previous annoucements (especially ASIC one - why else would ASIC be looking at the accounts?).
discount 25c? or positive news on property or revenue could push sp up and have a SSP at 35-40c. If this doesnt happen, cant see centro being around for much longer unless US bails them out (and why would they??)....
