And here is another possibilty: 31/12/09 (just a scenario): Assets = $945m (after a 15% write down) Lias = $931m Equity = $14m Shares issued = 545m NTA = 03c
It works in reverse as well of course. I reckon AEZ will survive, property prices will go back up and we will make an absolute killing. But there is some risk involved!
60% in one stock however? Not sure about that! There are other good risk/reward REITs out there. I'm spreading the load....
