LifX have an ir camera in each light, how hard is it to put a smoke detector, a speaker and a microphone. Their product is in every room, and has either bt or wifi as you can change colour with a smartphone app. 

for me this opens the door for buddy hOHM, or at the very least a smart home that can fully control lighting,  your aircon and interface with Alexa, Siri, Bixby and Google assistant. That is just the domestic side of the product.

if it is indeed LifX we are ready to launch, it is mind bending the amount of possibilities we have ahead of us.
