Forgive me if I'm missing something here, but I can't understand why this stock is drifting lower? I would have thought takeover arb's would be all over this. After all, it's a done deal unless Marathon tops the offer, and at today's prices one can make 4.5% in about 5 weeks. And of course that is unlevered. I'm buying on CFD's @ 20% margin so there is nearly 20% ROE to be had in 5 weeks here.
where are the arbs?
