In most VA to relist a SOCA would occur.
When this occurs a recapitalisation of the company occurs example shares issued to "privaleged" buyers at very very low discounts to current levels and then a capital split to bring the volumes of paper on issue to a reasonable level.
it is my experience that existing holders like myself although small would almost be wiped out by this scenario with the only option to buy on market in the new format to average down.I genuinely hope this is not the case but from my experience this is what has happened to other stocks i have had or watched in this situation
