    Dink, I believe the goal posts have changed between BDI and CDN, and there is no harmony. Hence why there is pressure for them to sort it out or it will never happen. It's all smoke and mirrors.

    Plus we need to start booking in contractors for MADA, flyovers, drilling etc. We know what a tight ass Fraser is and we cant miss the opportunities this year in MADA.
