With respect @stantrent71 i feel a 5cent divvy would be irresponsible by management.
Lets say a 5cent divvy is declared and an opportunity arises, how would you feel if a cap raise was then announced to fund it?
GRR is conservatively making in excess of $30mil a quarter or $120mil pa. Using a PE of 4, i would simply value GRR at $670mil market cap or 57cents.

$30mil x 4 (PE) = $480 + $165 + $25 (Cash and Trade Debtors)
= $670mil market cap value
