Bio-medical stocks are very difficult. Many investors have lost their shirts, their homes, their marriages, burned on bio-tech
Myself, I have only ever held three bio-techs (& wrote off or quickly exited others)
Imo, a good bio-tech stocks needs to really fill a niche or offer something extremely compelling
Duds i wrote off, when others asked me about them, include Ventracor. Ventracor was simply not important enough, with very high costs & neglible (short term) benefits
The two stocks I held & did well from were MSB & CXS, which was taken over. the 3rd is EMS, have held regularly since 2006 or so
MSB was a ten bagger, although i sold out after 2 bagger. MSB was/is the perfect biotech. on CXS a nicely took profit due to getting the jittered, just before it was sabotaged & then taken over cheaply
such is the uncertaintly of bio-tech. it is basically hit or miss
so with EMS, imo, one needs to decided whether the product is worthy; whether it is essential, i.e., a must have for society; whether it is easy to administer & cost effective
for me, EMS has simplicity & effectiveness of administration on its side. i am in two minds about it, or say 2/3 for & 1/3 hesitant
my intuition tells me it will be a wanted product; not for a high price; but a wanted product
but as i said, bio-tech is a hit or miss affair
good luck
