marmaduke - you were not harsh - i expressed similar sentiments in a post on 18th/8th.
dont know about fair for small holders as I have a daughter who scratched a fair bit of money together to apply and she only got about 20% of what she applied for whereas I got 50% odd and own a fair few more than her but am no way a largre holder
whole thing was very amateurish and did not treat loyal holders fairly - as per the issue to directors I am not happy (but not 100% sure how to vote there) but my feeling is that even though they may be doing a good job overall, they did not do the right thing with this issue so they should miss out!
