Yea, I might have been overly harsh on the unfairness, since instos plenty of the shares and the chairman has a big holding. But still unfair on retail by my rough calcs.
I also suspect that I personally did better out of the SPP than I would have under a renounceable rights issue. Having said that, I completely agree that renounceable rights issues are the basic standard of fairness.
If Gongboy or I did better out of the SPP than we would have out of a rights issue, it was certainly at someone's expense.
