geez this appears ugly from what I am seeing unfolding and reading!! hope for all SH sake that management has something concrete to deliver otherwise?????
and to have been vague in the quarterlies regarding those issues was IMO quite majorly - so if the funds don't magically appear from off-take partners then the development etc gets pushed but no doubt the huge and generous admin expenses/wages will get priority (as they always appear to have been).
