Beginning to look as though we have bottomed and as if something material is in the pipeline:
- SP reached a low of 20c on 24 June
- SP currently 24c
- Only 167,000 shares on the sell ladder, so any buying could result in jumpy price action
- as at 31 March 2011 the GBP had $25m in the bank
- Namibian Government (Competition Commission) approved the the acquisition of Jupiter Petroleum Limited by Global in early June, so no issues here
- the Jupiter independent experts report expected shortly
- GBP expects the meeting to approve the Jupiter transaction to be held in mid to late July, which is quickly approaching
The Jupiter prospects could hold billions of barrels of oil.
