I suspect any deal with stan will not be a takeover rather structured as a merger. This will most likely have a company structure so stan can bring forward QFX consolidated losses to the balance sheet. But I predict it wont be in QFX shareholders favour, most likely shareholders will get flogged and QFX directors will do very well from the deal in the form of a performance bonus . just a prediction
