Agree and the opportunities are drying up, for example, tiny Horizon Oil (HZN) holds a substantial share of the biggest uncommercialised LNG resource in PNG, centred on the Stanly wet gas field that would have added another LNG train to OSH and partners infrastrucure. HZN just went through a debt crisis that saw the SP crash, it was ripe for the picking at a price that OSH would hardly notice. Now it is emerging from the debt crisis with IMC snapping up more shares. OSH management appear flat flat footed.
