    can not remember that it traded at 3, max has been 2,20 somewhere in 2007
    Placement was done indeed at 30 cents to shagang and 25 cent to existing shareholders.
    After finacial crisis in 2008 it never traded above 1$ since....
    50-60 cents is a fair value
