mum and dad shareholders are down big time on this and 30 cents is not going to cut it. grange should be over 50 cents but we have a board who believe they know the property market and are stingy with the dividends . perhaps they could take a look at what their cousins MGX is doing and how they are increasing dividends off the lows and developing new projects
