kh, it's not the poor decision making that worries me. Somewhere along the line the process isn't working as expected, leading to a 25% cut in targeted production - with no explanation.
And before anyone suggests I contact the company to get an explanation - I have three 'phone calls and an e-mail currently unanswered.
