So answer your question ,yes buy , technically it looks like a raging bull , I guess in anticipation of these permits , the bottom line is as every day goes by we are getting more transparency for these permits ,it's a question of when not if .

And remember we have about 60m in bank ,we look very healthy with zero debt ,I wouldn't be surprised if we look for another 50m$ to tigh up the debt facility

I know I will be more then happy to be involved in any capital raising .
